The 6th International Conference on Urban Climate, Göteborg, Sweden June 12th-16th 2006 Göteborg is the second largest city in Sweden with a population of about 500,000. The city was founded in 1621 and is characterised by international style, local creativity and a natural, relaxed charm. The city offers a variety of artistic and cultural activities, beautiful countryside and shopping, all within comfortable walking distance.
